Every leader in every organization have their own unique characteristic.
We may take one or more leader and make them our role models in leadership.

But still, we have to form our own leadership characteristic.
What style of leadership that suits you the most?

Watch the persons which you choose to be role models
Learn about their strength and weaknesses
Watch the situation around you
Then choose the qualities that suits you and your condition

And after that, practice and improve along the way
Never expect to have instant results
Leadership is a process, you have to earn it and maintain it along the way

Don't forget one thing, enjoy the process
And believe that you can do it!

Leading?

After practicing the good old fashioned rules of the office, you might be asking what to do to prepare your postion at the top?

Leading, can be an easy job to do if you have preparation.
What do u need to prepare?
Well, it depends on the situation.
Are you working in an organization that is already running, or a new born one?

In the first condition, it would be a lot easier.
Since there are already rules that has been set.
So all you have to do is preparing the human resources.
Picture yourself as a team player.
Do care about your team, treat them as a very important resources for the well being of your organization.
Not until you care about them, they will start listening to you.
Once you get your attention, start leading.

Simple, right?

Now for the new born organization, it would be a little bit harder.
You have to set rules, regulation and policies.
But, don't concern yourself with being perfectionist.
You can patch up the rules a long the way.
Just get the most principle rules and policies done.

Then you build the resources.

Skill development first requires that you learn a process for turning knowledge into skills.

For some people it is an easy task.
For some of you who is not familiar with the term,
will ask how do we do it?

Well, it's quite simple actually.
Just think your self as "already" a leader.
What should you do?

Start paying attention to the environment.
Wether you are in an office or right at home.
Learn everything you need to know about them.

Ex: If you are in an office, you should kknow the basic rules in your office.
Some company have restricted rules of what to wear to the office.
Start setting a good example of yourself in the office.

Just after you master your own environment, then you can lead the people inside it.
